have an enthusiastic and committed borough council.

Two
elementary schools (Grades K-4), a Middle School (Grades 5-8) and a new
Senior High School in the Conrad Weiser Area School District.

All
schools have very active PTOs.

Robesonia Borough is a member of the Western Berks Regional Police Department
which consists of 4 full-time officers and eight part-time officers who
provide 24/7 coverage to the Boroughs of Robesonia and Wernersville.

Volunteer Fire Company (Pioneer Hose #1) located in the center of town,
along with an active Fire Police Force.

Recreation includes tennis court, baseball fields, mini football field,
basketball hoops and a tot lot. There is an organized summer playground
program (non-school) and nature trail. There is a pavilion (which can be
rented out) on a large grass lot picnic area next to the tot lot.

Public Library, which is part of the County Library System, is located
in the borough hall. Books, videos and music can be borrowed from the
library. Several story hours are offered during the week and a very
active summer reading program is offered. Membership is free!

Social and/or Civic Organizations include Boy Scouts, Friends of the
Robesonia Furnace, Inc., Conrad Weiser Lions Club, POS, Robesonia Senior
Citizens and the Robesonia Community Association, just to name a few!

Robesonia Furnace Historic District is on the National Registry. Lots of
history here!

Sewer and water systems are in place.

Trash collection and recycling.

Several larger businesses for possible employment: Magnatech
International, Sonoco Products, Snap-on Tools.

Quarterly newsletter provided to all residents of the borough to keep
you informed of the goings on in your borough.

Three churches in the borough: St. Francis de Sales (Catholic), St.
Paul’s U.C.C., and Trinity Lutheran Church. All have very active
congregations!

Robesonia has been named Tree City, USA for 13 years running thanks to
our dedicated Shade Tree Commission.
